III features

Hi all,

Is anyone working on these features for III:

-Freezes
-856 Field needs to show on the Item Record page
-Option for patron to select email or phone notifications

To be clear, PVLD funded the devolpment for branch holds.

We're also interested in collaborating on SOPAC projects/modules
in the 09/10 fiscal year.
